Remove the auto-forwarding - ^^^ToBeEdited^^^

1. If client wants to remove the auto-forwarding, so , whenever someone calls the call should go directly instead of forwarding it. In order to amend this, do the following:


- Open OneBase (KPN)

- Navigate to Clientele / Customers 

- Choose the Client by entering the Name in the Searchbar , in this case ( Advocatenkantoor Jonkman ) 

- Telephone exchange

- Gebruikersbeheer / User Management and select the Client again

- Navigate to Anywhere and from there you can Add or Remove the Auto-Forwarding.

*Keep in mind that we're using Anywhere when you want a 06 number to also ring when the phone is ringing.
