Device unavailable or buitendienst is what the terminal shows when the days has not been automatically opened
you can check this by opening paystart in the support icon
look at what is says in paystart does it say welcome or buiten dienst
if it says buitendienst / device unavailable
open service app
1. open menu
2. manager menu password 5times 9
3. functions
4. terminal
5 press activate terminal and check paygear again
6. test 1cent transaction
